I started eating last Saturday and so far everything except some delicious sushi has made me feel ill. Especially a greek salad a couple days ago. I think the problem is eating too much of it. Even though the portions are small it seems like too much food after fasting for seven days. Monday, June 10, 2002   Day Two and Essence Broth Let’s catch up on day two. I went to see the Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood and was out late. It was already past noon by the time I got up and had a hot steamy bath with a few drops of natural musk oil. I’ve yet to go to the organic market for my supplies but plan on getting an early start tomorrow. I’ve already found and explored Sevananda Natural Food Market. It boggles me to think every single item in the store is organically based. I’ve never really enjoyed grocery shopping but look forward to exploring this market more.
