On July 31, 1996 the Sex Pistols took the stage at the Red Rocks Amphitheatre outside Denver in what would be the group’s first USA performance in 18 years. Wednesday, June 19, 2002 Peek Yes I’m still alive. Since the last time I posted 10 days ago I have somewhat followed the basic principals of the detoxification fast. I started eating last Saturday and so far everything except some delicious sushi has made me feel ill. Especially a greek salad a couple days ago. I think the problem is eating too much of it. Even though the portions are small it seems like too much food after fasting for seven days. I have really done well staying with more pure foods although yesterday I did have a tuna fish on whole wheat from my favorite deli. Somehow it…

Monday, June 10, 2002 Day Two and Essence Broth Let’s catch up on day two. I went to see the Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood and was out late. Great movie by the way but it’s going to make you cry. Ashley Judd is great in it but Sandra Bullock is a dud. Anyway…go see it. I woke up yesterday feeling very lethargic. Saturday, June 08, 2002 Shall we begin? Recap of Day One The first day didn’t go exactly the way I wanted primarily due to my late night/late morning habits.
